Russell Beswick appointed as Learning & Development Manager

Russell, a CIPD-qualified Trainer, joins from Pareto Law where he designed and delivered high energy sales, commercial and leadership training courses at both graduate and senior levels.

Working with clients such as Avaya, Virgin Media and Ericsson, he is well versed with the IT & telecommunications industry.

Based in ConSol’s London HQ, the appointment of Russell reinforces ConSol’s commitment to internal training. Russell will immediately focus on ConSol’s latest Graduate in-take, a scheme in its third year and a proven model of success. 2013 will see three Graduate schemes complete a six-week academy programme led by Russell.

Marc Cohen, Managing Director and a certified Dale & Carnegie Trainer himself, says: “Russell has a proven track record of achieving significant improvements in sales processes, productivity, quality and overall customer satisfaction. Russell, Pareto Law’s & lsquo;Trainer of the Year 2012’, has spent over seven years on the international stage. Various assignments over the years have taken him to South Africa, the USA and Scotland experience that fits well with ConSol’s global footprint.
