Darwin launches new graduate recruitment drive

Darwin launches new recruitment drive to train up more graduate recruiters for its European expansion.

As part of its Europe push Darwin Recruitment has launched a new campaign to take on and train graduates to be recruitment consultants. With an established training programme in place Darwin is set to take on the next group of graduates who will be trained to work a technical skill and country location from their offices based in Essex.

“This recruitment drive is enormously important to our growth. The training that we put all new recruits through has resulted in an increase in the number of consultants completing deals within the first 12 weeks of employment and the time it takes to complete the first full deal has improved by 43%, from 83 days to 47 so that really speaks for itself”, says Paul Kirby, CEO and Co Founder Darwin Recruitment.

To get graduates interested in Recruitment as a career Darwin has launched a new set of career pages designed to provide individuals insight into what it’s like to be a recruitment consultant. The career pages www.darwinrecruitment.com/careers-at-darwin  feature interviews with Darwin staff and answer common questions like & lsquo;what attracted them to recruitment’ and & lsquo;what their career has been like so far’.

The career pages also include feedback from candidates to balance the & lsquo;recruitment challenge’ and what that entails with & lsquo;what success means’ for the candidate.

Today Darwin is attending the Anglia Ruskin University, Recruitment Fair, talking to graduates about a career as a Recruitment Consultant.
