Specialist IT and engineering recruitment consultancy Roc Search Ltd continue with their rapid expansion plans which are further cemented this week with the opening of a new London office. Roc Search London opens on Tuesday 2nd April in the sought after location of Floral Street in the heart of Covent Garden, Founder and Managing Director Conor Roughneen comments 'as with all of our offices location was a key factor in our decision making when considering a London office. We consider location a very important factor as we attribute the success of our company down to the calibre and commitment of our staff, we want to offer our staff not only the best training, career prospects and commission in the industry but ensure we also offer first class surroundings in locations which reflect the motivated and ambitious individuals we attract. With the opening of the new office in the heart of Covent garden it represents a fashionable and exciting district of London offering great transport networks along with great shopping and social amenities surrounding'.
The London office is being headed up by permanent business manager Gavin Dent and contract business manager Bradley Davidson. Both managers have been working at Roc Search for over five years and both have over ten years of recruitment experience. There are currently fifteen employees at the new London location but the premises host over thirty employees so Roc Search are currently undertaking a recruitment drive to reach that figure by the end of 2013. All of the offices have full time training managers on site with London being no exception to this.

Regional Business manager Andrew Mace comments 'it is such an exciting time to join the company, because we are experiencing such rapid growth we are able to offer fantastic opportunities. Not only do we have a number of opportunities for eager trainee recruitment consultants because of our on going growth we have lots of opportunities to fast track up the career ladder for successful consultants. The majority of managers within the business all began as consultants and we work closely with all trainees to support their personal and professional development'.
