Ten Year celebration – The Network Celebration

Milestone marked with the launch of new mobile technology to help recruiters on a global scale

The Networkcelebrates ten years of international recruiting. The Network was founded by StepStoneand Totaljobs.comat the end of 2002, emerging as an alliance of European job sites. The aim was to provide recruiters with a more cost-effective answer to their hiring needs, outside of their own country. Since launching, The Network has grown to an organisation of massive global proportions – operating in over 130 countries and attracting more than 143,000,000 total unique users every month.

And The Network is still growing&hellip The alliance has recently expanded with a number of significant partners joining, extending the scope of engagement and, more importantly, further increasing The Network’s global reach through local market expertise. Expansion in Asia, in particular, has brought significant additions - most notably Zhaopin in China and Jobstreet.com in Vietnam. They have added to the 2,000 global corporations The Network currently engages with each year. 

The Network: making international recruitment convenient
To mark this 10 year milestone, The Network has innovated once again and has launched a feature that enables recruiters to access their information while on the move through a new mobile offering. The streamlined user experience means recruiters will be able to access member information, product details and real-time member statistics quickly and easily through their smartphone or tablet computer.

Ralf Baumann, CEO of StepStone, the co-founding company of The Network says:  “We’re proud of The Network who we’ve trusted these last 10 years to reach out to find the best candidates worldwide for our customers.
