Evenbase appoints Sophie Relf as Marketing Director of its Job Board Division

Leading global digital recruitment group Evenbase has appointed Sophie Relf as Marketing Director of its Job Board division. With a particular focus on flagship brand Jobsite, Sophie brings over 12 years’ senior marketing and commercial experience in the digital, social enterprise and publishing sectors. A published author on career management and five times marketing technology innovation award winner Sophie has spearheaded significant uplifts in conversion, reach, visibility and brand consideration for recruitment sites.

Relf said: “I am really excited to be joining Evenbase at this time. We have a huge opportunity to embrace change and energise our brands. Recruitment sites play a vital part in connecting talented candidates with hiring managers in this country and globally. We have a heritage of doing this well, there is a palpable desire to do it much better and I am here to galvanize that into action.”

Sophie joins as Jobsite approaches its 18th year. In this time it has become renowned for innovation, launching products such as BeMyInterviewer and RecruitRank, and also delivering great customer service. They have received multiple awards in recognition of these attributes and were crowned & lsquo;Recruitment Website of the Decade’ at the NORA Awards in 2010. Jobsite’s success lies with identifying and responding to customer’s changing needs and this will be at the heart of Relf’s remit to ensure its future growth.
