Radley James accepted as a member of  The Recruitment and Employment Confederation

Radley James Limited, a specialist recruitment company within the financial and technology markets, is proud to announce it has been accepted as a corporate member by The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). 

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the professional body for the recruitment industry, representing around 3,750 corporate members located in the UK.  It is recruitment’s biggest lobbying voice and totally committed to raising standards and highlighting excellence throughout the industry.

Radley James successfully completed its compliance testing with the REC covering topics ranging from Code of Professional Practice, Data Protection, Health and Safety and Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).  In order to be accepted as a member of the REC a pass mark of at least 75% should be achieved and Radley James passed with flying colours on its first attempt scoring 89%.
