LaunchPad Recruits, the recorded video interviewing product launched in September 2012 by entrepreneur Will Hamilton, announced today that they have moved into the second phase of their exciting growth plans.

Innovative video interviewing and screening technology platform LaunchPad Recruits announces its next phase of development with the appointment of a new executive board.

Launched by Will Hamilton in September 2012[w1] , the business has enjoyed rapid growth and is being adopted by an exciting portfolio of clients including EasyJet, Selfridges and Virgin Media.

To support its rapid growth plans both in the UK as well as internationally, the team are delighted to announce that, Damien R&eacutegent and Keith Robinson will join the management team.

Damien Regent – previously spending 18 years in global banking, has chosen to build a portfolio of NED positions with technology companies, including the HR space.  R&eacutegent understands that every organisation requires talent, regardless of whether they are a developing or established business – therefore, this seemed an obvious first industry to bring his skills to bear.  “With a technology which is globally scalable and delivers significant efficiencies to its users, it just made sense for me to be involved”.

Keith Robinson joins having had a 30 year background in the recruitment industry and will be closely involved with the international expansion the business seeks and product development.

Robinson comments that the LaunchPad Recruits vision to bring & lsquo;personality and engagement’ back to recruitment screening makes sense – why? Because recruitment technology developments over the last decade have created processes which do not deliver a great candidate experience but worse still, fail to identify and then engage the best candidates.

LaunchPad have quickly established themselves as a major player in the video interviewing space – with nimble product development based around their customer and candidate feedback.  This – says Hamilton, will continue to be their differentiator.“I wanted to build a SaaS business which kept its finger on the pulse of customer needs.  Being quick to enhance the proposition, offer consultancy advice and training is where we can really add value and are proving this point perfectly”.
