Nominations open for 2013 IRP Awards

Nominations are now open for the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s 2013 Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards 2013 to be held at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, on 3 December 2013.

The REC’s Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards (the IRPs) are the most prestigious recognition an individual or company can receive and celebrate professional excellence and inspirational work carried out across all sectors of the recruitment industry.

REC director of member services Anita Holbrow says: “The awards have grown year on year as members recognise the value that being shortlisted can have for their business. These inspirational awards provide the ultimate platform for all recruiters and recruitment businesses to showcase themselves as members of a quality profession.”

The fifth annual IRP Awards are open to both individual IRP members and companies who are members of the REC and IRP. Full details on how to enter can be found on the IRP Awards website

Recruiter of the Year 2012 Christopher Clark, of Redlaw, said:  “The best thing about winning an IRP Award was feeling proud of the recognition I received for all the hard work I’ve put in. Winning an IRP Award has boosted our business. We received calls from clients that we’ve never dealt with asking us to work with them exclusively – it couldn’t get better than that.”

Last year’s Best Newcomer winner Sam Ferri, of Advanced Resource Managers, said:  “Winning an IRP Award has boosted my confidence and I have used it to win more customers.”

Nominations close on 30 August and the shortlist will be announced on 16 September. To nominate your company and colleagues for this year’s awards visit the IRP Awards website
