Ochre House team organises Big Red Walk for charity

A group of Ochre House employees will be carrying out a 20 mile walk later this month to support a charity that has a personal connection to the company.

The event will be in memory of Vicky Mustoe, a hugely popular member of the Ochre House team who sadly died of Lymphoma in 2011. Last year, over 50 employees got involved, and the walks have taken place in London, Hong Kong and Manchester. Over &pound10,000 was raised for the Mustoe family’s chosen charity, Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research, which had supported Vicky through her illness. And this year, the team are hoping to raise even more money for the cause.

Sue Brooks, Managing Director at Ochre House, commented: “Vicky’s death was a great loss to us all and we’re passionate about raising money to support such a good cause that helped her and her family. Last year’s event was a fantastic day, and we’re keen to beat last year’s record and raise as much as we can.”

This year the walk will take place on Saturday 15th June. If you’d like to support the team, visit the donation page online.
