"Investors in People" (IIP) is an international quality standard for sustainable success in business development. The seal was introduced in Austria in 2004 by the Industrial Association in collaboration with the HR consultants Pendl & Piswanger. Trenkwalder has for the first time in 2007 to undergo the rigorous assessment process. Every three years there shall be a re-certification, when it is determined whether the staff development activities of companies still meet the IIP standards.
Trenkwalder directed his staff to develop its strategic objectives: In the Trenkwalder Academy strives to maintain a hands-on training, the knowledge standard is ensured by means of a final degree examination and numerous external training available at the HR program.
