Alexander Mann Solutions drives rapid US growth with three senior hires

Global talent acquisition and management specialist Alexander Mann Solutions is strengthening its US team with three senior hires. With its business rapidly growing in North America, the company has promoted Amy Bush to Head of Region, Americas, appointed Travis Furlow as Head of Client Services, Americas, and named its third longest serving employee, Mark Jones, as Operations Director, Contingent Workforce Solutions, North America. All three will help lead and grow Alexander Mann Solutions’ innovative, outcomes-based talent management services in the US.

Formerly Global Client Relationship Director, Amy Bush has worked with Credit Suisse on an international level, and is also a member of Alexander Mann Solutions’ Americas leadership team. She has more than 15 years’ experience in developing and leading diverse talent management initiatives for both small and Fortune 100 companies. Bush has delivered successful resource process outsourcing (RPO) solutions to major corporate clients in a wide range of sectors, including investment banking, capital management and manufacturing and engineering, as well as the US Federal government. Bush joined Alexander Mann Solutions having formerly held executive roles at KellyOCG and SourceRight Solutions.

As Head of Client Services, Americas, Travis Furlow leads the growth agenda. He will play a pivotal role in Alexander Mann Solutions’ Americas strategy and maintain a keen focus on innovation. Furlow has been working in talent management since 1995, and has helped more than 20 Fortune 500 companies to attract and retain the right people for their business. He has particular expertise in client service and RPO delivery, and has previously held senior positions with Manpower, Kelly OCG and PwC.

One of the company’s longest serving employees, Mark Jones has worked for Alexander Mann Solutions since 1997. With a strong background in contingent workforce, he relocated to the US early this year and will be heading up the company’s Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) operations for North America. Jones successfully established the company’s newest Global Customer Service Center (GCSC) in Cleveland in 2012, having created the UK GCSC in 2001. His long and distinguished career spans senior roles with clients including Vodafone and Rolls Royce, during which time he managed thousands of contingent workers worldwide.

Alexander Mann Solutions established its first US office in New York in 2005. It now employs in excess of 116 employees in the US. The company plans to grow responsibly over the next few years, and work with clients that share its values, while further expanding its US team. In addition to the appointments of Bush, Furlow and Jones, Kerry Condon has also moved from Alexander Mann Solutions Singapore to Boston as Head of Client Services, focused on Atos, our latest partnership in North America.
