CORPORATE FINANCING CAN UNLOCK RECRUITMENT BUSINESS POTENTIAL, SAYS OUTSAUCE

“Recruitment agencies are spoilt for choice when it comes to day-to-day funding, but significant transactions require a specialist level of support,” says Miles Lloyd, CEO of Outsauce, explaining the rationale behind the company’s new Corporate Financing Proposition.

The recently launched service builds on Outsauce’s established financing and back office support for recruiters, and is intended to facilitate agency aspirations that exceed the limitations of operational expenditure.

Outsauce Corporate Financing offers a range of services including short-term funding and investing in growth supporting sales, mergers & acquisitions and turnaround & restructuring. Outsauce has the support and backing of a national financial institution for financing recruitment clients and the corporate finance directors have access to a range of alternative financing options to put the most appropriate funding package together for clients.

Miles added: “The recruitment sector is a challenging but exciting market, with numerous opportunities for determined entrepreneurs and savvy investors.  But resourceful individuals rely on more than just business acumen and invoice finance to succeed – that's where corporate financing comes in.

We are leveraging our cumulative experience in finance and the recruitment industry to support the transactions that define our customers’ businesses.”

The new service will be headed up by experienced corporate finance directors, Anthony Richardson and Jeremy Carr.

Anthony has an exemplary track record and can draw from significant transactional experience of over 75 deals, gained as a partner at a leading North West corporate finance boutique and formerly as an Associate director of the Transaction Services team at KPMG.

Jeremy, a former corporate finance partner with Ford Campbell, has a wealth of experience in both accounting and recruitment. Having run his own accounting practice since 2007, Jeremy is chairman of Adele Carr Financial Recruitment and Managing Director of Energize Capital. He has advised on more than 100 major business transactions, including MBOs, acquisitions, and company sales.
