ea Consulting Group (eacg), a provider of change management resourcing and consulting solutions, has today launched ea Executive Interims, a new division that will focus on providing high level interim resource to its extensive financial services client base.

The new division will be led by Mike Fisher, previously the head of the financial services practice at a top Interim provider.  ea Executive Interims gives clients immediate access to a pool of senior resource capable of delivering major change across a wide range of business critical remits including credit and operational risk and governance and compliance.

ea Executive Interims will undertake business transformation and change management projects as well as providing subject matter expertise in fields such as finance and risk, mobile and digital, complaints, collections and payments. They typically operate at the C-suite executive level or fulfil Heads of Function roles.

Mike Fisher, Head of ea Executive Interims commented: “eacg already has an impressive client list and established preferred partner agreements with many of the leading retail banks. We will provide these clients with another important option for their resourcing strategies. Our interims hit the ground running and deliver a cost-effective solution to an immediate business need. Moreover, we don’t operate on a fire and forget basis we take an active role in monitoring progress across all the roles we place.”

Neil Candeland, Managing Director Europe concluded: “The launch of our new interim division is an important step in developing our resourcing service range and helping the business fulfil its ambitious growth plans. In Mike we have a senior industry player who has long standing relationships with some of the best interims in the business and knows exactly what clients are looking for. We look forward to rapid progress within a sector we know very well.”
