Further growth for Square One

Further growth for Square One

ERP and IT specialist, Square One Resources recent recruitment drive has increased sales consultant numbers by 19% in June alone.

This week researcher, Company Book stated “sales vacancies remain significantly less popular, with an average of around half the number of applicants compared to the industry-wide average”. However not all recruitment businesses are seeing this trend.  It would appear that Square One Resources fair better than average on the uptake of sales positions.

Senior Consultant Richard Brook joins the SAP UK team, with Richard Baisden bringing new talent to the SAP Permanent team. Continued international growth within the IT market brings Barnie Power to Square One as a Resourcer for the London based Business Development Team.  Further expansion in ERP across Europe sees Consultant Farrokh Foladgar and Senior Consultant Joseph Youssef join the Netherlands team in Square One’s Amsterdam office.

The success of Square One’s Trainee Consultant Programme has initiated a further intake of fresh talent including  Daniel Brito who joins Square One’s permanent Development team as well as Jamie Lancaster into SAP UK and Alistair Lee on the Digital Media team.

About the uptake Sales Director Tim Harlow says“At Square One, we’ve seen a rise in applications to sales positions at all levels across all market sectors which is partly due to our extensive training programme, but mostly it’s about company culture and people.   The fact that we are big enough to know what we’re doing whilst being small enough to care makes a huge difference to our employees.  As a sales business, consultants are expected to work extremely hard and get rewarded as such, however there is always a friendly edge to everything".
