Groupe Crit - A second quarter growth - 30% increase in International

The second quarter marks an important step in the evolution of the activity: the period, the number
sales amounted to &euro 391.3 million, an increase of 1.4% (-0.7% at constant scope and exchange rates).
This growth advantage of the significant improvement in activity observed in France and always dynamic sustained abroad. Outside France sales for the second quarter and up 30% for reaching more than 74 M &euro (19% of total turnover).
With these positive developments, the turnover for the first half amounted to &euro 725.8 million, a decrease of limited 1.4%.
The temporary work division and recruitment, sales for the second quarter increased by 1.1%
&euro 324.3 M * after the first quarter down nearly 5%. With this shift in positive trend,
Sales for the entire first half stood at &euro 599.7 million, a limited decline of 1.8%.
In France, after a first quarter down 10.4%, the activity of the second quarter improved
significantly. During the period, sales totaled &euro 260.9 million, down 4.3% on a market
estimated decline of 9.5% (source: Prism).
At the International, the Group posted a turnover of &euro 63.4 million, up 31.4%. This strong growth
is carried by the North American operations, with sales up more than 50%
&euro 40.5 million (23.1% at constant scope and exchange rates).
The multi-pole also found the path of growth in the second quarter with a turnover
of &euro 73.3 million *, up 5.6%. Throughout the semester, the activity is up 1% compared to the
same period of 2012 to &euro 135.8 million.
In the airport (73% of sales of the division), turnover, stable in the first quarter rose
3.4% in the second quarter to &euro 53.3 million. Over the period, the International continues its steady growth with a turnover of almost &euro 11 million, up 22%.
These positive developments enable the Group to address the second part of the year with confidence in both terms of activity and results. The success in the United States also reinforce the Group willingness to implement new operations acquisitions allowing it to complete its presence in this market.
