Upon joining Resourcing Group, CEO Jason Bowler set about defining a new strategy for the business based on delivering value added services to clients and candidates. By working in partnership with key housing clients, Resourcing Group has successfully reduced time to hire, improved retention rates and reduced costs without compromising on quality candidates.

Flexible solutions

Over the last 18 months Resourcing Group has successfully implemented a number of innovative solutions for their clients. These include a flexible & lsquo;pay as you go’ RPO model which offers organisations the ability to tailor recruitment contracts to their requirements. This model has been applied with great success across a diverse range of clients including some of the largest housing associations in the UK.

The provision of tailored management information has helped hiring managers accurately access their recruitment needs. Resourcing Group then offer a wide range of & lsquo;pick and mix’ solutions from advertising, recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, invoicing, management and reporting.

Working to improve local communities

One of the cornerstone achievements of the last 12 months has been the development and implementation of a & lsquo;Shaping Your Future’ programme in partnership with a number of Resourcing Group’s key housing clients. The programme aims to support housing associations to improve the lives of their residents and others in the local community.

A comprehensive training programme aims to help residents get back to work by building not only skills but also confidence and self-esteem. On completion of the programme participants are registered with Resourcing Group who strive to find them work from day one. The & lsquo;Shaping Your Future’ program also provides volunteer opportunities allowing local residents to give something back to the community.

Resourcing Group has also developed initiatives aimed at attracting candidates from the communities surrounding their properties this has resulted in a significant decrease in the distance travelled by workers.
