RSA, the leading global Life Sciences Executive Search and Interim Management specialist, is pleased to announce a series of appointments across the firm as part of its 2013 growth strategy. With its head office based in London, RSA continues to thrive under the leadership of Executive Chairman, Nick Stephens.
Codrina Schech, joins RSA as a Senior Consultant, having recently served as an Associate Principal at International Executive Search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, where she specialised in filling senior-level management positions. Schech will be based in RSA’s German office.
Commenting on her new role, Schech said: “I am honoured to be joining such a successful Life Sciences Executive Search global leader. RSA is renowned in the Life Sciences sector and I am eager to grow its German business.”
Having joined RSA in 2011 as a Researcher within the UK Executive Search Business, Samantha Ng has been promoted to Consultant in the RSA Interims team. With over seven years’ experience encompassing both senior permanent positions and Interim projects, Ng’s commitment and success has seen her lead a team of experienced in-house support staff across RSA’s European offices in the past two years. Ng has excellent relationship building and communication skills and she is looking forward to engaging with the very best Interim Management talent in her new role.
Giorgia Signoretto has been promoted to head the EMEA business support team, based in RSA’s head office in London. Since joining the RSA team, Signoretto has provided Research support on senior level appointments within R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and other leadership roles within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Not-for-Profit sectors. Signoretto holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.
