EA Consulting group Joins the IMA

EA Consulting Group (eacg), the established international change management company, which provides resourcing, consultancy and interim management, has become the latest Interim Management Association (IMA) member. The company has been a member of the REC since 2007.

The IMA is the industry body representing the leading UK companies that provide interim managers.

eacg was founded 15 years ago and provides clients with professional service solutions for major change management programmes in the financial services arena. The company describes its 'unique approach to change management as providing a cost-effective quality assured alternative to the large consultancies'. Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, the business has eight offices worldwide and launched ea Executive Interims, in June 2013.

The newly launched division was developed in response to client need for the provision of senior individuals capable of working across a range of key business areas including the digital space, payments, compliance and regulation, and risk.

Heading the ea Executive Interims practice is Mike Fisher who comes with more than 10 years' experience operating in the sector. He comments: "Since the launch, we have seen a lot of interest from both new and existing clients, and we have a vast network of high calibre interims - many of whom are already on assignment. The market seems to be really picking up, and it's good to be part of this.

"Joining the IMA was something we have always had on the radar. I believe it is vital to be linked with such a prestigious body and appreciate the value it will provide to our business."

Jason Atkinson, chairman of the IMA, adds: "As an industry sector, we need to come together to spread the good word of interim management, and the IMA can support the overall education of this.

"We're delighted to welcome Mike and the team at ea Consulting Group on board - their input will be invaluable. We look forward to working closely with them."
