Green Park Interim & Executive Search Appoints Trevor Phillips as Strategic Board Advisor and Chair of its Advisory Panel
Green Park, one of the UK's fastest-growing UK executive search and interim management companies, is delighted to announce the appointment of Trevor Phillips, the award-winning broadcaster and journalist, as Strategic Board Advisor and Chair of its Advisory Panel. Phillips is also the former Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
Co-founder and CEO Raj Tulsiani said: “Trevor’s experience will bring a powerful new element to Green Park’s commitment to deliver businesses pragmatic ways of increasing their competitive advantage through diversity of talent. At the EHRC, aside from being a key figure in developing the UK's suite of equality and anti-discrimination laws, Trevor took the lead in advising UK businesses on macro-economic and labour market conditions and he encouraged the development of new thinking, for example on unconscious bias, which is transforming the way the most progressive companies use talent, serve all their customers and clients, and above all, create wealth. We are determined that as Green Park grows, it will employ the most modern techniques to give our clients more and better choice, and with Trevor's support we believe that we will offer the combination that every modern-minded employer prizes : quality with diversity. "
Commenting on his appointment Trevor Phillips said:“I'm delighted to be able to work with Green Park to develop innovative ways of offering greater and better choices to employers. Few things are more important to business than brilliant leadership, and Green Park's amazing growth in recent years shows that their accomplishments are already recognised by employers domestically and internationally. For our team at Diversity Analytics, creative and scientific use of data is the key to improving performance and Green Park's willingness to find new and better ways to serve their clients is inspiring for us. We look forward to working with Raj and his colleagues, on what we do best - solving other peoples' problems by the application of innovative techniques and new insights."
