Horton International Appoints Ross Eades As CEO

Horton International, the global executive search firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ross Eades as the group’s Chief Executive. Ross’s appointment is the result of a robust and thorough recruitment and selection process led by Robin Billen, Horton International’s Group Chairman and supported by the Group’s Board.

Robin Billen said “I am delighted to welcome Ross to Horton International.  He has significant hands-on chief executive experience in our industry, and significant success over the last 25 years across a range of multi-discipline professional services sectors with a global customer base. Creating growth, both organically and via strategic acquisitions, which I believe will prove invaluable to the Company.”

Ross spent 15 years building MPS Group International plc into a circa &pound300m global professional services organisation, commencing in sales with one of its predecessor companies in 1988, and being appointed Chief Executive in 1997 when the company was bought by MPS Group Inc. He next spent six years as Chief Executive Officer of InterQuest Group plc. Most recently he was for four years CEO of Kellan Group plc, a publicly quoted recruitment group and after stepping down as Chief Executive he moved into a non-executive director role.

Ross Eades said “This is a truly exciting opportunity and I look forward to developing strategies to further expand our global presence from over 40 offices in 27 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific and to further develop global customer accounts.“
