Lumesse Further Strengthens Executive Leadership Team with New Appointments

Lumesse, a global leader in talent management solutions, today announced further strengthening of its Executive Leadership Team  with the addition of three new directors.

Joining CEO Thomas Volk and the Executive Team are new appointments in Service Delivery, Customer Success and the appointment of a successor to the current Chief Financial Officer. 

Chief Financial Officer

We are pleased to announce that, from the 31st of August, Michael Hunt will be taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer for Lumesse. Michael, who recently joined Lumesse from NorthgateArinso, where he held the role of Global Finance Director, has been working alongside Christopher Fisher, the current CFO, since early July to ensure a smooth transition. This change is part of a long-standing plan to enable Christopher Fisher to retire from full-time employment to build a portfolio career.

Prior to NorthgateArinso Michael also held leading Finance roles at BT and Hoffman-La Roche, after starting his finance career at PwC.

Director of Service Delivery

Nick Goss is a highly experienced and seasoned technology executive with over 20 year’s international high-tech experience and a strong track-record of providing and developing enterprise SaaS services. He has previously been named as a Premier 100 IT Leader by Computerworld Magazine and so brings with him an established reputation for excellence.

As part of his role Nick will take be responsible for managing all aspects of Lumesse’s software delivery.

Nick joins Lumesse from his CTO role at Imaginatik, a publicly listed company providing innovation software and services to Fortune 500 clients worldwide. Prior to that, he held CEO, CIO and Director level roles within established companies such as BMC Software and entrepreneurial start-ups in Europe and the US.

Customer Success Programmes Director

As part of our commitment to invest in developing a real focus on ensuring customer success through its solutions, Lumesse has appointed Alan Dean to the role of Customer Success Programmes Director. The role will work across all functions and will build the cross-functional programmes needed to ensure we deliver on our customer promise and deliver a world-class customer experience across all aspects of its business.

Alan has almost unique experience within Lumesse having worked within Professional Services, as well as leading the Operations organisation, and his breadth and depth of knowledge make him an ideal choice.
