Offshore Recruitment Company undergoes tech-savvy rebrand

Meeting the needs of offshore oil and gas operations across the globe presents a unique set of challenges, including limited timeframes and access to highly skilled professionals around the world, not to mention overcoming different time zones.

As a recruitment agency specialising in offshore technical services, subsea engineering, and most recently, drilling and well operations, IV Offshore has built a reputation based on knowledge, understanding, speed and efficiency. This, in turn, has led to an exciting brand development project, designed to further enhance and represent its recruitment service.

IV Offshore’s rebrand consists of a new logo and website, built to establish an all-encompassing platform for the demanding staffing needs of the offshore sector. Using simple, yet smart technology, the site combines practical tools with interactive and personalisation features to aid tailored job solutions.

“Our website represents everything our brand stands for,” explained Dan Stephenson, Managing Director of IV Offshore. “We are dynamic, so it was important that we created a website that will continue to reflect this and evolve with us. This included the careful design of navigational features, making the process of finding a job or the right candidate as simple as it should be.”

The new website integrates with IV Offshore’s social media platforms, giving entrants to the company’s popular Facebook photography competition the chance to see their photograph within the website’s wallpaper gallery.  Dan continued “Our clients and candidates are central to our service, so we wanted to make them central to our image too. Using cutting-edge technology, their photographs taken from offshore vessels and platforms all over the world are integrated to form the face of our website.”
