This week, Talemetry Inc. announced the summer 2013 enhancement release of its cloud-based talent generation software. The Talemetry(TM) software enables employers to search and source candidates from multiple locations for multiple types of roles, improve candidate relationships, streamline job postings, build career sites, and deliver an optimal candidate experience, all from a single platform.

New and updated features include improved interfaces for candidate search and sourcing, enhanced candidate relationship management capabilities, and simplified employer branding tools. From the Talemetry platform, recruiters and HR professionals can communicate with potential job candidates using email campaigns and social media, organize candidates into talent networks, tag contacts for more efficient searching, and create custom communication stages to see where candidates are in the overall recruiting process.

Additionally, the Talemetry software includes improved employer branding opportunities. Companies can more easily build their brand with candidates through career sites and microsites. Talemetry career sites are fully mobile, with improved templates and tools designed with recruiters in mind.

Many large employers work with a complicated and ever-growing network of third-party tools, vendors, and software systems. Talemetry helps recruiting departments manage their spend by integrating networks of technology and tools. Talemetry is designed to complement applicant tracking systems, job boards, assessment vendors, and social networks.
