Elite and Innergy’s recruitment interests merge to form Elite Recruitment Network
Two well-respected recruitment industry experts have joined forces to create what they believe is a compelling proposition for the recruitment sector. John O’ Sullivan who pioneered the Elite Leaders programme and is Non-Executive Director of a number of recruitment businesses - and James Osborne, Managing Director of performance development consultancy Innergy - have merged their recruitment interests to form a new company Elite Recruitment Network.
The aim of the new company is to offer a complete end to end solution to recruitment firms looking to maintain a competitive edge and outperform the market. Elite Recruitment Network comprises a suite of services which include recruitment, sales and leadership training, consultancy, peer-to-peer membership groups, interim specialists and Non-Executive Directors as well as online training systems, an interactive online global community for recruitment company owners and access to an unparalleled network of industry entrepreneurs and suppliers.
“Elite Recruitment Network has been formed as a response to industry need”, explains John O’Sullivan. “We conducted extensive research among our existing Elite Leaders all of whom are recruitment owners and directors. What became clear from the research was that there was a real need for an organisation which could support strategic growth objectives from a holistic perspective. In fact in our survey over 90% of recruitment leaders said that they wanted access to ideas that could provide a tangible difference to business performance and profitability and some form of mechanism to challenge their own thinking .”
