Aspire - the best benefits package in recruitment

Aspire Global Network have launched a social media campaign highlighting the 30 added benefits available to their staff which include the brands pfj, RPCushing, Periscope and The Graduate Recruitment Company.

“We already offer a salary and bonus package that is one of the best in the industry, a guarantee of at least 30% of what you bill rising to 35%, but on top of that there are 30 added benefits that are available to our staff. I believe it is the most extensive benefits package in the UK recruitment industry and look forward to seeing who, if anyone, offer more.

Our people are our asset so we do our best to offer them benefits that matter. Sometimes only a handful take advantage of a particular benefit – but it is really important to them. Take on-site showers for example, for those that cycle to work they see it as a key benefit. How many recruitment companies have on-site showers? Some benefits are incentive led and more common in the industry, others like flexible working are not. In total we have 30 from free massages, free fruit , free mobiles to wellbeing weeks, healthcare and self development bursaries. The full list is available on our website on the following link ow.ly/o9DmO

We are always looking for new talent for London, Hong Kong and Singapore and too many people talk about recruiters as only being interested in money. Well we offer a load of that but it is our belief that the best recruiters also look for other things as well such as the ability to work from home, child care vouchers (for those with kids) to free breakfast. Different people appreciate the benefits that are specific to them and as experienced recruiters look to develop their careers they also look to their employers for more support. We are very happy to provide the best benefits package in the recruitment industry” said Paul Farrer, Chairman of Aspire Global Network
