ea Consulting Group launches new Talent Partnering division

Second new division launched in three months

ea Consulting Group (eacg), a provider of change management resourcing and consulting solutions, has today launched a new Talent Partnering offer that will provide a range of permanent resourcing solutions to eacg’s financial services client base.

The new division will be led by Mark Peacock, previously head of the permanent finance and operations change management division at a top UK recruitment specialist. Alongside providing clients with access to the best permanent candidates in the financial services sector, the division will deliver a wider suite of services including sector and talent mapping and diversity analysis and advice.

Building on eacg’s established track record in the sector, the team will help clients attract, retain and develop the best talent across a wide range of business critical remits including operational risk, governance and compliance.
