ManpowerGroup Named to 2013 Dow Jones Sustainability Index

Industry Leader Builds Talent Sustainability for Companies, Communities, Countries and Individuals

ManpowerGroup  has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for the sixth consecutive year in recognition of the company's continuing corporate sustainability leadership in the industry.

"ManpowerGroup's track record of building talent sustainability for the good of companies, communities, countries and most importantly, individuals themselves, continues to be recognized," said Jeff Joerres, ManpowerGroup Chairman and CEO. "I am proud of how we are able to deliver first-rate service to our clients to help them win in a competitive marketplace, but also doing so in a way that remains true to the core DNA of our organization."

ManpowerGroup was named to the 2013 Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index in the Commercial and Professional Services sector. The DJSI follows a best-in-class approach, including companies across all industries that outperform their peers in numerous sustainability metrics. Each year, over 3,000 publicly traded companies are invited to report on their sustainability practices by completing RobecoSAM's Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

In March of this year, ManpowerGroup was named one of the World's Most Ethical (WME) Companies by the Ethisphere Institute for the third consecutive year for demonstrating industry leadership in ethical business practices. ManpowerGroup is the only company in the employment services industry to have earned this recognition for three consecutive years.
