Boyden Global Executive Search Expands U.S. Partner Presence
Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, today announced two key executive appointments in Southern California and New England which will further strengthen the company’s North American presence and deepen its commitment to client-centric service.
Peter Santora, an expert in talent acquisition and management, has been appointed as a managing partner for Boyden based in Southern California, and Paul Moran, a top senior executive recruiter, has been appointed as a Managing Partner based in Boston.
In his new role, Santora will be focused on strengthening market-focused client services for the West Coast, including but not limited to California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii. He joins Boyden from another leading global executive search firm, where he served 11 years as a Senior Client Partner.

Santora is an expert in executive leadership solutions for B2B and B2C clients in Technology and Healthcare. In addition, he specializes in C-level and Financial Officer talent acquisition services for private, public and private equity/portfolio companies.
Prior to his career in executive search and talent management consulting, Santora was a client-facing Partner and Practice Director for Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting group. He holds a bachelor’s degree from City University of New York, and is an accomplished speaker and author.
In addition, Moran will serve as a key member of Boyden’s Technology practice, and will be focused on talent acquisition and retention.

Moran brings Boyden 25 years of experience in talent acquisition in a variety of functional positions including C-Suite, general management, professional services, sales, marketing, finance and engineering positions. He has serviced clients in multiple industries including technology, finance, healthcare, clean technology and professional services.
Moran has also served in senior roles for other leading global search firms, placing hundreds of senior executives. He was awarded a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Marist College, and serves on a variety of boards for not-for-profit organizations.
