Classpeople hires new operations director
Classpeople has appointed a new operations director to help build on its presence in the Midlands and South West .
Robert Dove will join the Classpeople’s senior management team.
A key part of Dove's responsibilities will be to encourage the development of new products and services and he has already launched a summer school support service and a new division focusing on leadership.
This division focuses on recruiting key stakeholders for schools from head and deputy head teachers, heads of departments through to school business managers, finance and operation managers
Dove, 35, brings a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry, most recently with Omega Resource Group where he rose to divisional director.
Lynis Bassett, founder and managing director of Classpeople, said, "Rob was head and shoulders above the other candidates we considered for this important role in the company, and in only a matter of weeks of getting his feet under the table our decision has been vindicated. We have been thrilled to have on board where we know he is going to help us move the business to the next important stage of our development."
"I'm a very competitive person, I always have been, and I love the fast pace of business development and sales in the recruitment industry, so when I got the chance to take a more senior role in a smaller but fast growing business like Classpeople I jumped at it because I know I can make a real difference," stated Dove.
Recently short-listed at the Gloucestershire 2013 Business Awards in the category & lsquo;Small Business of the Year’, the ten-year-old independent education recruitment specialist has hired a number of new employees which sees the company expanding in line with growth.
It currently aims to strengthen its operations in Worcester, Swindon, Exeter, Bristol and its headquarters in Cheltenham, before expanding into other regions.
