Kit Scott-Brown of InterExec, says, “Recruitment of senior executives always precedes the recruitment of more junior positions and the very significant increase reported by all headhunters should be seen as good news for all levels of employees. Furthermore, while demand is greater in some sectors the overall position is very good across the board. It is also interesting to note that we are seeing an increase in demand for international executives for positions outside of the UK.”
InterExec assists both executives and headhunters globally in the £150k - £1m bracket.
