Korn/Ferry appoints senior client partner
The company announced yesterday that Keith Deussing has joined the firm as a senior client partner.
He will be based out of Korn/Ferry's Princeton office.
Deussing joins Korn/Ferry from a global executive recruiting firm, where he served as Senior Partner in the Technology and Industrial practices.
He works closely with high growth companies, having served in that firm's CEO & board and financial officers practices, as well as in the Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice, where he worked closely with investor groups and owners in advising their growth company portfolios. Deussing also served on the Americas leadership team.
"Keith's multi-faceted experience, and specifically his background in technology and private equity, are a great fit for the direction we are headed and the demand we are seeing from clients," said Bob Damon, President of the Americas, Korn/Ferry International. "Keith's hands-on knowledge of the issues facing growth companies, strong insight of the technology landscape and consultative approach to talent management will be a great fit for Korn/Ferry and the companies we serve."
Deussing is also the founder and managing partner of IronHill, a national retained executive consulting firm that grew into one of the leading technology sector specialist firms in North America, with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and California. Prior to starting IronHill Deussing was a vice president at HFA International, then ranked as one of the fastest growing boutique retained executive search firms in the United States.
He began his professional career with Arthur Andersen, where as a senior consultant, he managed engagements in both the commercial and enterprise sectors, helping prepare growth clients for their IPOs as well as lead assurance services for established publicly held corporations.
Deussing graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and served as a certified public accountant.
