The president and CEO of On Assignment was selected by the ranking committee of ExecRank (a division of ExecReps) for the coveted status.
The rankings are the result of two years of research and feedback from evaluation committees, and top CEOs that yielded an algorithm for how to rank CEOs based on their performance in 24 key areas.
“We were extremely impressed by Mr. Dameris’ track record leading On Assignment,” said Chris Beaver, Chief Marketing Officer at ExecReps. “Mr Dameris’ vast expertise from his experience as a private investor, operator, and counsel make him a uniquely effective and intelligent leader, and his position on our top small cap CEO rankings is a reflection of that.”
There are over 100,000 CEOs in the United States. Only the very best are awarded the distinction of being a part of ExecRank’s “Top CEO Rankings” for 2013. The number one area of focus for Small Cap CEOs in 2013 has been their ability to increase profit margins, and deliver higher returns on equity and investments at their companies. ExecRank also weighed heavily the recommendations provided by peers of their finalists. In addition, they saw a significant uptick in the number of CEOs that served on boards of directors and displayed a skill set that is applicable to multiple industries. The CEOs that made this list represent the best of the best in executive leadership and profitability drivers.
“I am honored to be recognized,” Dameris said. “On Assignment’s success is truly a team effort and based upon leadership as well as the superb execution of our company’s mission and strategic plans by a very talented group of people.”
