Penna Plc appointment to Civil Service Resourcing Framework

Global HR Services Group, Penna Plc, has been appointed to five lots on the Civil Service Resourcing Framework for the provision of Resourcing Services.

The framework provides Government departments, Executive Agency, Non-ministerial government department and Crown NDPBs with access to recruitment, assessment and career transition services.

Specifically, Penna has been appointed to:

Lot 1 – Recruitment Services

Managing whole recruitment campaigns from start to finish, or assisting with specific elements of the process. 

Lot 2 – Assessment – Expert Advice & Research

Helping organisations to understand, learn and develop assessment strategies in response to research findings and providing advice regarding best practice.

Lot 4 – Assessment – Design and Provision of Tests, Exercises and Tools

Design of bespoke on and offline tests, exercises, tools, role-plays and other forms of assessments.

Lot 5 – Assessment – Delivery of Assessment and Selection Events, Provision of Assessors and Role Players and assessment Specific Training

Providing resource for, running and delivering assessment centres and ensuring a positive experience is delivered for the candidates.

Lot 6 – Career Transition Services

Supporting employees through redeployment, voluntary or compulsory redundancy with the provision of a range of career transition and outplacement interventions, advice and guidance.
