Reschedge rolls out New Candidate Contact and Reports Features
Interview scheduling software company Reschedge has launched two new features aimed to make the recruiting process more efficient and transparent.
The new Candidate Contact feature completely automates the process of gathering candidate availability, while the Reports feature provides detailed insights into the interview process, delivering data HR departments can use to optimize their talent management strategy.
Reschedge aims to take the stress out of the interview scheduling process with an intuitive interface that functions as a virtual recruiting coordinator.
Recruiting professionals can instantly import company contacts from their calendar or email platform (Google or Outlook), click “Schedule Interview” and instantly receive a menu of interview options.
The feature can factor in interviewer calendars to arrange virtually any type of interview, including back-to-back interviews, telephone conferences and panel interviews involving people from different departments, locations and time zones.
It also enables Reschedge to automatically gather candidate availability, eliminating a previously time-consuming part of the interview scheduling process. Additionally, recruiters can customize their candidate-facing messages and includes an intuitive dashboard for tracking pending availability requests.
Reschedge works with applicant tracking systems including Greenhouse, Newton, The Resumator and Lumesse TalentLink, to support seamless recruiting operations like syncing with the ATS or calendar, sending invitations, reserving rooms and tracking responses.
The Reports feature provides data, charts, overviews and detailed insights into recruiting operations, which can assist talent managers with evaluating their processes and strategy. From a Reports tab on the Reschedge dashboard, users can access default reports or build and save their own custom reporting tools.
The Reports feature keeps track of candidates, interviewers, recruiters and interview types (panel, one-on-one, etc.) and volume in pre-defined or custom timeframes. Talent managers can drill down to view interview types, interviews scheduled by specific recruiters, interviews conducted within a specific timeframe, employee requisition types, how many interviews were scheduled and other recruiting metrics that shed new light on how their company hires.
