ReThink Recruitment extends IRP advocacy programme internationally
Business and technology recruitment consultancy, ReThink Recruitment, will take part in the Institute of Recruitment Professional’s (IRP) advocacy programme for the fourth consecutive year.
Participation in the programme will see all 120 consultants fully accredited by the body.
It has also made the decision to extend IRP membership to its consultants working overseas at sister companies Irish-based Berkley Recruitment and Dubai-based ReThink MEA. In doing so, ReThink Recruitment positions itself as the first recruiter to support staff outside the UK in joining the IRP.
Michael Bennett, managing ]director of ReThink Recruitment stated, “It is paramount that organisations looking to hire staff have confidence in the integrity and professionalism of their supplier. Along with my recent appointment as Individual Director of the REC, this made the decision to not only continue to support our staff in the UK and abroad to join the IRP, an obvious one”.
“Rolling out IRP membership to recruiters at both ReThink MEA and Berkley Group reinforces our commitment to develop not only the professionalism of our staff, but also their knowledge. The training they receive via the IRP will help us fulfil this goal. Furthermore, in my new role on the REC’s board, I am hoping to further develop the Institute ensuring it goes from strength to strength and remains a vital agent in improving the recruitment sector”.
