Two at Heidrick & Struggles named on NACD D100
Heidrick & Struggles International today announced that Bonnie W. Gwin, vice chairman and managing partner, North America Board of Directors Practice and Theodore L. Dysart, vice chairman and leader within the global CEO & Board Practice, were again named to the National Association of Corporate Directors Directorship 100.
For nearly three decades, the NACD has honoured directors who lead through innovation, courage, integrity and commitment. The annual D100 list is based on a survey of 15,000 public company directors and officers and distinguishes the 100 most influential visionaries in boardroom leadership and corporate governance.
"Bonnie and Ted's commitment to board leadership and corporate governance have distinguished them amongst their peers and allowed them to gain the trust of many of Corporate America's most respected directors," said Jory Marino, interim chief executive officer of Heidrick & Struggles. "The fact that the National Association of Corporate Directors has chosen to bestow this honor on Bonnie and Ted year-after-year is a testament to the professionalism, knowledge and counsel they bring to boardrooms on a daily basis. We are honored they represent Heidrick & Struggles."
Gwin and Dysart will be recognized at the 2013 NACD Directorship 100 Awards dinner gala in New York City on Dec. 3. Gwin has been named to the D100 every year since 2009. This is Dysart's sixth time on the list since 2007.
