Human Capital Investment Group has fundraised over 4500
During the first week of November Human Capital Investment Group held a Fundraising Challenge Week for their Charity Partner YouthNet.
The week which included fun fundraising activities and individual challenges was a great opportunity for the group’s portfolio to engage with the charity, which uses technology to engage with and support young people who are facing life’s issues.
During the week staff from both the London and regional offices took part in & lsquo;HCIG bake offs’, pool, darts and arm wrestling competitions. Totaljobs kindly donated some fantastic prizes for a raffle and the & lsquo;old school tuck shop’ went down a storm!
Luke Dallison from Resourcing Group very bravely subjected himself to having his legs waxed by a colleague and Robert Massey also from Resourcing Group had his head shaved, raising over £400 for the cause.
Peter Benefer from Eden Brown’s Leeds office took on a & lsquo;one man marathon’ running 26.2 miles and raising nearly £300 in sponsorship.
Human Capital Investment Group smashed their £1,500 target during the week bringing the total raised over the partnership so far to over £4,500.
Future events include the Santa Run on 8 December, which will see a team from HCIG run 5 or 10K in santa suits.
