Oakleaf expands management team
Jamie Newton, an accomplished HR Recruiter has joined the company to manage the reward, analytics, payroll and international teams. Jamie brings over eleven years experience of HR recruitment/search having worked previously at Piper Pritchard, Badenoch & Clark and MDH, and most recently was Manager at Advantage, overseeing the Southern HR business.

John O’Brien has joined the company as a senior consultant to lead the drive specifically on payroll recruitment looking after junior to senior level positions including payroll implementation specialists. John began his recruitment career in 2004, after spending 6 years as a part qualified accountant for an Australian insurance firm and then a year working with Deloitte within their HR team.
O'Brien's background is accounts, finance and payroll recruitment within the junior to part qualified market place. He prides himself on his consultative approach and strong communication skills between his clients and candidates.
