Penta Consulting wins business award
Penta Consulting, the UK’s number one international global IT and Telecommunications staffing solutions business based in Wallington made a splash at this year’s Sutton Business Awards by winning the Best Customer Service award, being shortlisted and commended for Best Health & Wellbeing and also by sponsoring the Commitment to the Community award.
When Paul Clark and Richard Wilson set up Penta (www.pentaconsulting.com) 15 years ago they put customer service at the very heart of the business and that’s where it has remained. As Paul explains, “We believe the key to great customer service is speed of response, good communications, adding value, being honest and honouring our commitments and we are delighted with this award.”
Penta which was ranked as the 8th Best Small Company to Work for in this year’s Sunday Times Top 100 is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of its staff and being commended for its work in this area is a welcome boost’
With its own high profile community programme Penta was very pleased to have the opportunity of sponsoring this category. “It was fascinating to be on the other side of the judging table and have the chance to learn more about what local companies are doing and we were very impressed by both the breadth of activities and the dedication shown by everyone on the shortlist. In the end it was Sutton United FC’s very strong partnerships across the borough which in turn makes a lot of exciting things happen for a lot of people that won through and they are a very worthy winner,” Paul added.
