Pinstripe & Ochre House wins customer relationship award
International RPO specialist Pinstripe & Ochre House, along with partners Smiths Group wins HROA EMEA Recruitment Customer Relationship of the Year Award
The Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) has given Pinstripe & Ochre House its prestigious EMEA Recruitment Customer Relationship of the Year award for its strategic and service-oriented partnership with Smiths Group, a global technology company.
Pinstripe & Ochre House was specifically awarded for its dedication to quality, customer service and efficiency in partnership with Smiths Group. The global technology organization, with more 23,000 employees across more than 50 countries and five divisions, partnered with Pinstripe & Ochre House to transform talent acquisition into a proactive and consultative function.
Through their relationship, Pinstripe & Ochre House and Smiths Group have changed the reactive recruitment approach to one of proactivity by insourcing a Global Resourcing expertise and thus freeing up HR to operate as a consultative and strategic component of the organization. Pinstripe & Ochre House has become an extension of the Smiths Group internal HR team, helping the organization increase hiring manager satisfaction to an all-time high, reducing cost-per-hire to an all-time low, and diminishing annual agency spend by more than 70% for the first year of live RPO with Smiths Medical Europe. In addition to the financial advantages, through continued partnership with Pinstripe & Ochre House, Smiths Group has driven necessary culture change organization-wide.

This is the third Recruitment Customer Relationship of the Year Award won by Pinstripe & Ochre House in less than two years. In May of 2013, Pinstripe & Ochre House received the HROA North American Customer Relationship of the Year award for its partnership with The University of Virginia Health System (UVA). In 2012, the global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider was presented with the same award for its partnership with ValueOptions, the United States’ largest independent behavioral healthcare and wellness company.
