Rowan Finance expands
Manchester-based Rowan Finance has appointed Peter Holt as associate director and Julia Jerjomina as resourcer.
Holt, who possesses over 14 years experience in the North West financial recruitment market, is tasked with placing newly qualified accountants through to financial directors across a range of sectors. He joins from BTG Recruitment where he held the position of director.
Jerjomina has recently completed a BA Honours in Human Resource Management at Manchester Metropolitan University and will be responsible for extending the company's network of finance professionals in the region.
Rowan Finance is part of the Rowan Group, which focuses on the identification, evaluation and selection of high calibre individuals for ambitious SMEs in the North West. The company also incorporates Rowan Partners which delivers executive search solutions at board level.
The business was founded in 2011 by Richard Robinson, ex-board Member of the Michael Page Group, David Anwyl and Paul Waite. All three were key shareholders who oversaw the growth and sale of the 3i backed RK Group in 2008.
The Rowan Group is an investee company of EV Group, one of the UK's leading venture capital providers.
Waite said, "Turnover is growing on a month-by-month basis and the number of new clients and placement opportunities is very healthy, hence it is critical we bring in new people who can help us attain our extremely high service levels through this important period in the company's development.
"Both Peter and Julia bring with them a wealth of experience, education and passion, and they will prove to be excellent additions to a very strong team. Along with the recent £250k in our new Spinningfields premises this is an extremely exciting time for Rowan Group and Rowan Finance."
