TheJobPost reveals new investment and chairman
TheJobPost, has announced it has secured new investment and appointed industry veteran, Ken Brotherston, as chairman.
The technology enterprise has secured new investment and appointed industry veteran, Ken Brotherston, as chairman.
Brotherston previously held senior roles at Korn/Ferry and Morgan McKinley and most recently was chairman of executive search firm Directorbank Group.
Brotherston’s role is to support the management team, led by John Paul Caffery, in the further development of the platform and roll out of the business.

Caffery commented, "We are at an exciting stage for the business we already have over 200 employers sharing vacancies with a wide range of specialist recruiters. We now need to take the business to its next level and believe Ken’s experience will be incredibly valuable in helping us achieve our plans’.
Brotherston said, "I am hugely enthusiastic about TheJobPost it provides a wonderfully elegant and effective service to both recruiters and employers and the progress JP and the team have already made is extremely impressive. I am looking forward to working with them."
Gary Watson, who has now moved to become deputy chairman, added, "The business has made huge strides already and I am delighted to welcome Ken to TheJobPost."
Investment will allow TheJobPost to make a number of key hires in 2014 to onboard new clients and manage existing users including Nestle, Next plc, Vodafone, NFU, Oxford University and Mediacom.
