Now, moving forward as one company, the combined knowledge base coupled with the history of innovation and leadership in the healthcare staffing industry, will be offered from coast-to-coast.
Robert Adamson, chairman & CEO of Accountable Healthcare Staffing, commented, "I am pleased to announce our acquisition of HRN Services Inc. HRN has been a leading provider of healthcare staffing services for the past two decades. The company's founders, Art and Karen Flaster, will remain engaged with the business as Art joins our board of directors and Karen continues in a leadership role promoting the principals of professionalism and competence for safety and quality care. Art and Karen built their company around the principle of offering only the highest level of quality service to both their clients and the healthcare professionals who worked for their company. Accountable looks forward to maintaining that high level of quality in the future."

Accountable is an ideal partner not only for Karen and I but also for our valued customers, internal employees and field staff."
"Working together as one company, our aim is to continue to attract and then provide the highest quality healthcare professionals to our clients in the community," remarked Karen Flaster, COO & executive vice president at HRN. "The resulting benefit of the newly combined company's national platform is to bring together our cumulative market knowledge and insight to further reshape service delivery.
