Advanced Resource Managers restructures
One of the UK’s leading technical recruiters, Advanced Resource Managers (ARM) has undergone a major organisational change, creating niche recruitment divisions to align its services with its clients’ specialist hiring requirements.
The decision to restructure has strengthened the firm’s position as a niche recruiter and reaffirmed its specialist recruitment offering.
The restructure has seen the formation of five distinct operating divisions: Automotive, Infrastructure & Built Environment, Information Security & Communications, Oil & Gas, and Technology. ARM has firm plans for each operating division – and is equally as clear about what it does not do in the recruitment space – enabling it to focus on delivering the best possible value to its customers by working with niche specialists who possess niche skills.
With its HQ in Havant, Hampshire, the company is undergoing rapid expansion, with offices opened in London, Aberdeen and the midlands this year. ARM’s new Bristol office will open in January and more complementary UK and international offices are planned. If you’re interested in joining the team on its exciting journey, call Julie Pratten, Internal Recruitment Manager, on 02392 228 265 for a confidential chat about career opportunities at ARM.
Commenting on the restructure, Les Duncan, managing director of ARM UK, said, “ARM is becoming an even more specialist recruiter it’s how we want to work and it’s how we’re staffing and training our operating divisions. Increasingly, specialist teams and strategic new office locations close to our core markets are delivering the returns we would hope for on behalf of our key stakeholder groups: our clients, our job seekers, our staff, and our future employees”.
