Brookfield Rose announces new director of placeability
Henson will be responsible for raising awareness of the placeability brand and driving UK growth.
The promotion comes in recognition of Henson’s most recent achievements in creating strategic relationships for the business, growing the placeability brand, as well as being instrumental in developing and implementing the Brookfield Rose CSR strategy.
Placeability has been working with blue-chip organisations, including the heating and plumbing merchant Wolseley, to help them become disability confident in order to create an increasingly diverse workforce. Placeability has also built key relationships through partnerships with the Business Disability Forum and Shaw Trust to share knowledge, apply best practice and engage workers.
Henson commented, “Placeability has seen excellent growth over the last few years and I’m thrilled to be taking on the role of Director. I look forward continuing the growth of the business and helping customers become more Disability Confident.”
Matthew Sanders, CEO of Brookfield Rose, added, “I’m delighted to promote Janice to Director of placeability as testament to her hard work in driving the business forward. I believe there is huge scope for this business, with potential to significantly increase the numbers getting back into work as well as looking at new initiatives.”
