Horton International enters Polish market
The Polish company Executive People has become Horton International’s partner in Poland. Under a licence agreement, Executive People Sp. z o.o., which recruits senior management and managerial staff, will continue its operations under the brand Horton International. Executive People will be the exclusive partner of Horton International on the Polish market.
Horton International is a global executive search firm founded in 1978 in the United States. The international organization operates through partner firms in several continents: Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. It has 50 offices in 27 countries. Horton International began operating on the European market in the 1980’s.

Executive People specialises in recruitment of senior management and managerial staff for Polish and international companies. Due to the dynamic growth in its business, in 2013 it was spun off from the People Group to begin operating as a Horton International Partner.
In Poland Horton International will be headed by Paulina Baranowska, Managing Partner, who previously was managing partner of Executive People Sp. z o.o. The company’s office is in Warsaw.
