Penna acquires Savile Group

The acquisition bid was initially announced on 12 November 2013, with Savile shareholders reviewing and considering the offer over the last three weeks. The bid was confirmed today as 75% shareholder agreement was reached.

Penna is a global HR services provider with expertise spanning the entire employment lifecycle – from resourcing, executive search, executive interim and assessment to coaching, learning and development, performance and change and outplacement.

Savile Group Plc has three main companies Fairplace - a career transition business offering outplacement and career management, Cedar- a talent management consultancy offering leadership and management development, coaching,team development, talent strategy and assessment, and IDDAS- a board evaluation practice.

The process for the integration of the companies has already begun, with planning and design of the new organisation set to continue between now and 31 December 2013. Detailed implementation will commence in January and be complete by 31 March 2014.
