Recruitive in market for acquisitions

Richard Clarke, Recruitive’s managing director, has made it clear that Recruitive intends to build on its current market position and significantly increase its market share. He said, “Increasing brand awareness, market share and improving our cost efficiencies remains our focus for the future and I believe we can help achieve this by seeking acquisition opportunities with like minded organisations.  Few major companies have grown to where they are today without acquiring at least a few companies along the way.”

Clarke continued, “We are looking to acquire companies that will not only help us to achieve rapid growth but also bring added value to our current product suite of offerings.  We remain an incredibly innovative business but if someone out there is working on something new that we can build on, or is involved in a business that could provide additional value to our clients, we would like to hear about it.  Strategic acquisitions providing a complimentary offering to our core product lines and trading partnership deals are both firmly part of our future development plans.”

Since exhibiting at the Recruitment Expo Event and the CIPD annual conference earlier this year, Recruitive has been inundated with requests from organisations interested in working with the multi job-posting and candidate management provider. Carla Fern, Recruitive’s operations director commented, “We have had to appoint a Partnership Director to help deal with the number of enquiries we are receiving, on a daily basis, from companies that would like us to consider a partnership deal with them.”
