Simply Education achieves REC Audited Education status
A Bedfordshire based recruitment agency has passed a rigorous inspection by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), in order to achieve REC Audited Education status.
Simply Education has undergone a detailed audit to ensure that they adhere to the highest standards in recruitment and are undertaking all the relevant checks when supplying teachers and non-teaching staff to schools.
The REC scheme provides successful recruiters with an accreditation that is recognised by teaching unions, local authorities and schools. It enables both schools and temporary teachers to feel confident about the quality of the agencies they deal with.
Commenting on achieving REC Audited Education status, Adam Shulman, managing director, said, “We are incredibly proud to have received the REC Audited Education Status. We consistently maintain high standards in all our vetting and compliance processes. This accolade cements our commitment to providing our schools with high quality supply staff.”
REC chief executive Kevin Green added, “Congratulations to Simply Education for achieving the gold standard in recruitment. They join an elite group of agencies across the UK who have been recognised for operating the very best practice in education recruitment.
“The aim of our scheme is to give Headteachers peace of mind that they are working with an accredited supplier. By earning the right to display the REC Audited Education logo, Simply Educationcan assure schools, parents and pupils that the staff they supply are recruited properly and have on-going support.”
