Advantage Resourcing announces changes in US & UK executive leadership
Toshio Oka has assumed the role of CEO of Advantage Resourcing. Oka will report directly to Hitoshi Motohara, who will remain chairman of the board and stay involved in Advantage Resourcing’s progress and success. Oka was formerly corporate executive officer, Global Staffing Business for Recruit Holdings (the parent company of Advantage Resourcing) and CEO, Staff Services, which is Recruit’s largest staffing company based in Tokyo, Japan.
Mark Marheineke has been installed as the president of Advantage Resourcing North America. Marheineke has been serving as interim president since October 1, 2013. He will also continue to serve as a board member. Prior to this appointment, Marheineke was executive vice president of Global Operations. Marheineke has been in the staffing industry for 25 years.
Graeme Maude has been appointed managing director of Development of International Staffing Business for Recruit Holdings. Based in London, UK, Maude has been with Advantage for 10 years and most recently served as managing director of Advantage Resourcing UK Staffing. In his new role, he will support the company’s mission to grow Recruit's global footprint.
Ayano Senaha has been appointed as managing director of ARUK Staffing. Senaha joined Advantage Resourcing in 2012 as director of Strategic Planning for the UK staffing business and was also recently appointed director of Advantage xPO in UK. Senaha was a leading sales manager with Recruit Holdings in Japan prior to joining Advantage.
